• What file formats do you accept?
  High-res PNG (transparent background) at 300 DPI is preferred.
• Can I gang multiple designs?
  Yup! We support gang sheets with multiple designs on one sheet.
• What sizes do you offer?
  From 2"x2" to 22"x200" — we've got range.
• How do I apply the transfers?
  Use a heat press (or iron in a pinch). Instructions are included with your order.
• What materials can I use DTF on?
  Cotton, poly, denim, leather, canvas, and more.
• How do I wash DTF garments?
  Inside out, cold or warm water, low heat dry or hang dry.

• What print methods do you use?
  We use DTF or screen printing depending on the job and quantity.
• What files do you need?
  Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. We can help prep if needed.
• Can I supply my own garments?
  No — to guarantee quality, all printing must be done on garments we supply.
• What’s the turnaround time?
  Most custom merch ships in 7–10 business days. Rush available.
• Do you offer bulk discounts?
  Absolutely. The more you order, the better the price.
• How do I care for screen-printed merch?
  Wash cold, inside out. Low heat dry. Don’t iron on the print.
